Statandard Order Dispatch
Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays, except by prior arrangement.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information, which can be viewed on the carrier’s website. If you have not received this email after 3 days, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
Parcels can only be delivered to residential and business addresses in the UK.
Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday every week of the year.
We utilize a variety of carriers and couriers depending on your location.
Tracking numbers are updated by email and on your order status page.
International Shipping
For all international orders (outside UK):
- Only prepaid orders will be processed and shipped.
- Orders with pending payment will not be processed until the payment is received in full.
- Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and any additional import fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Flitit.com is not responsible for any customs delays, duties, or taxes applied by the destination country.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing an order.
Orders returned due to incorrect addressing or failure to collect will incur re-shipping fees.
RTS (Returned to Sender) Orders
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failure to collect, a return fee of GBP 15 along with the original shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.
Non-Collected Items
If your order is sent to a courier office for pickup, please collect it within 10 business days.
Reshipment fees will apply for re-shipping if the item is returned due to non-collection.
Please note: activitytoys is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address details provided at checkout. No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.
Bulky Items
Large or heavy items shipped to remote or regional areas may incur additional charges or may not be delivered if suitable shipping options are unavailable.
